How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

How are shipping costs calculated?

We offer Free Shipping on all orders across our website. We work with economy shipping providers who give us competitive rates. That way, we are able to absorb the cost of shipping.

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time (maximum 45 days) promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order only from our website either on your mobile or a computer. After adding a product to the cart, go to the cart, enter your address, select shipping option available for individual products and proceed to payment options. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be placed. We work hard to make your online ordering experience easy and effortless. My credit card was charged twice for the same order. Why was that and what should I do to get the money back?

When you place on order, some financial institutions may place a pre-authorization hold for the funds on your credit card or bank account. This hold will be released within 3-5 business days. Once the payment processor knows your order has been shipped, the actual charges will be applied to your card and the hold will be released automatically. However, this happens very rarely. If this happens, you will need to contact your card provider for assistance. If you need any information from us, we will be happy to help you.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

How do I know the status of my order?

You can log into your account on our website and check the status of your order.

I purchased an item, but I am not happy with it and want to return it. How can I return the item?

Your purchase is protected with our Buyer Protection policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item or get compensated for your loss.
To return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support by email at support@iqsandbox.com. Please include the following information: order number, date of purchase, and item name, reason for return.
  2. Wait for our Customer Support to get back to you. They may ask for additional information like photo or video of the product or damage if any.
  3. Provide the required information to Customer Support.
  4. Based on the information provided, they will decide on next step. It could be either return the item or accept settlement offered by Customer Service.
  5. Please do not ship the item until you get the return address from Customer Support. Return address will change depending on product categories. So please wait until you are provided with a return address.
  6. Accept the settlement offered by Customer Support or ship the item.

Are the products safe for children?

Our products are made with high quality material of either plastic, fabric, and/or wood. However, please use discretion and decide for yourself when you buy toys for your child.

Here are some general warnings and precautions:

  • Whenever a toy contains small parts, adult supervision is required for children under 3 years to avoid the risk of swallowing and chocking.
  • Plastic bags and wraps should be disposed off carefully to avoid children playing with them.
  • Some toys contain small, loose, or sharp parts. Therefore, it is advised to pack toys away from reach of children.

How can I be sure that online payment is secure?

All the transactions in this store are processed securely, with respect to your personal and financial privacy. You have the option to pay through Credit and Debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay (device dependent). PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

Where is my order? I ordered an item and I want to know when I will receive it.

Delivery time depends on many factors, and so it is not easy to predict when you will receive your order. We ship our products from a network of warehouses across the globe. When items are shipped from overseas, it takes longer to reach you than products shipped from US warehouses. A reasonable time to expect the shipment to reach you is 14-20 working days (plus 3-5 days order processing time). Some products could reach you in as early as 5 days. On average, it takes 12 working days. You will know when you should expect your order to be delivered after it has been shipped.

I am buying 3 items, but the shipping time for each of them is different. Why is this?

Our products are stored at different warehouses for logistic reasons, sometimes closer to the manufacturer in China, sometimes in country warehouses such as US, Europe, and Middle East. When you place an order, depending on stock level, our system chooses the warehouse automatically on a product-by-product basis. This is the reason you see different shipping times for individual products.

I ordered multiple items in single order, but I received them separately and on different days. Why?

This is because we ship individual items from different warehouses. Some warehouses are in the US and some are in other countries. That is the reason for delivering items separately and having different shipping charges.
